Northumbria Trails is delighted to have exclusive use of Eshott Hall, a stunning 17th century Georgian Manor located in the heart of Northumbria amidst tranquil manicured gardens and ancient woodlands.
It is a supremely elegant country house with an eclectic array of large en-suite bedrooms, chic and contemporary reception rooms. This, taken together with Eshott Hall's heritage, make it our chosen property for the first four days of our "Secret Kingdom" experience.
Langley Castle is a genuine medieval fortified castle. Built in the 14th century it's magnificent imposing exterior rises from wooded slopes to overlook the distant Pennine hills and the Roman Wall beyond. Within, a sumptuous drawing room with blazing logs, stained glass windows and seven feet thick walls provide a tranquil experience of bygone times. Constructed during the reign of Edward 111 the integrity of the architecture has been retained along with all the comforts of the 21st century. With luxurious bedrooms and exceptional dining you will enjoy being pampered in this historic and unique castle for the last three days of our "Northumbria Trails" experience.
